Text appointment reminders and patient satisfaction survey notices
To help you stay on top of health care appointments, Asante sends text message reminders. We’ll also send you a text to participate in a survey to share your experience as a patient that will help us improve the care we provide.

How to receive text reminders
Simply provide us with your mobile phone number at any patient registration location or Health Information Services department and we’ll text you. It’s that easy!
You can opt-out
If texting is not for you, there are two ways to opt-out:
- Reply to our text with the word “STOP.”
- Visit any Asante hospital or clinic patient registration location or our Health Information Services department for a Texting Opt-Out form.
Asante does not guarantee the successful delivery of each text message to each individual recipient. The service depends on the cellular and mobile phone carriers to deliver SMS text messages to each recipient.
