We wish to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and our practice. As you may know, we have both been providing focused spine evaluations, recommendations and treatments in the valley for many years as Southern Oregon Spine Care. We are now operating as Asante Spine Care in Ashland, Oregon. We believe our partnership with Asante and its resources strengthens what we have to offer you and your patients.

Our goal is to provide comprehensive spine care for patients suffering from spinal disorders. We offer evaluations and management of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine conditions ranging from the “simple” strains, sprains, and arthritic low back pain to complex conditions such as spinal instabilities, deformities, and the associated neurological signs and symptoms. We also offer medical management including non-narcotic and low-dose narcotic medical solutions as well as office-based diagnostic and therapeutic injections.

For those potentially in need of surgical management, we offer a conservative approach and utilize state-of-the-art minimally invasive techniques whenever possible. In addition to the more common disc, decompression, and fusion procedures we also offer cervical disc arthroplasty. We follow our patients closely and maintain a patient registry to document short and long-term outcomes of surgical patients.
