I've only had one appointment with Steven Newhall so far, but I'm really glad that I have him as my endocrinologist. He seems like a really awesome person and I feel like he actually cares about his patients. I look forward to continuing my care with him.

As I was upgrading to a new insulin pump and CGM system, several of the staff in the Asante Endocrinology office gave extra time and effort to see that to completion. Nurse Maryanne especially made many phone calls and processed a lot of paperwork for me.

Dr Newhall has been a major support in my diabetes care. He has made sure to help prevent lapse. Receiving insulin. There was a time when I had trouble getting the omnipod becuse every pharmacy was telling me they did not carry. I had to go to the ER because by that time I had gone a month and a half without. Dr Newhall connected my prescriptions with Costco and I have not had that problem since.

I am very pleased with the entire Endocrinology staff. Starting with making the appointments and the receptionist to the technician that took my vitals to Steven, the entire staff was amazing. This was my first time seeing NP STEVEN NEWHALL. He was very nice I really like him. And I got in to see him very quickly. My biggest complaint about this office is the horrible wait time for an appointment. Usually its at least a three month wait. And when I called my usual provider in this office about my lab work/test results I was told I have to wait till next visit. the staff is generally very nice but you can tell that they're too busy to really give Quality Care it seems like it's just a slam bam thank you ma'am situation a lot of the times as opposed to being able to really take the time to give good care so I was very impressed with Steven Newhall and the time he took to talk to me my regular NP is also amazing it just seems like the office is so busy.
