Scott Wilson was very thoughtful and thorough in his examination. It was the most thorough examination I have had at White City Medical.

As soon as the VA decided to have me be seen outside of the VA clinic I chose this location because it is right next to the VA I love the staff member's and my new primary care provider! The staff members are always helpful and provide timely professional care. Always answer any questions I have about my health care and if they don’t have the answers at that moment they have always been great at contacting me later once they have the information I was looking for!

Gracie is one of the nurses who rooms patients and take’s vitals. She’s especially friendly and personable.

This was a first time meeting for this doctor as my doctor had moved on. This was a meet to go over medications I am on and get some tests ordered. He is such a good doctor. I felt he listened to me and he cared about my quality of life! Dr. [ ] that left was the same way. This facility is clean and the front desk staff are always happy to see me. The fact that this is a easy use facility. Bathrooms accessed before the front desk. The on [ ]. The fact this facility is a single level. This is important for people with [ ]. I love and appreciate all the care that this facility has taken to make it not only accessible for all patients. And have an amazing team as well. For all those reasons its where I want to receive my care!

I know that Dr. McMahon has moved to a different state, but he was the best. I had him for five years and always could get in to see him and he was always there with answers.

The transition from my old dr. to the new provider was disorganized especially regarding [ ]. I have not yet decided if I will stay with Scott Wilson or try to switch to another provider at this facility. I have been with the facility for an extended period and really like it and the professional compassionate care given.

Both Michelle and Didi in wound care are awesome!

In January following a [ ] the nurses that cared for me for 5 days afterwords were very caring and compassionate and got me ready to leave the hospital as ready as possible. More recently the nurse that oversee cardio rehab have been great too

Dr. Wilson was easy to talk to. Dr. McMahon was easy to talk to also.
