Rylee Stahla, and her nurse Maria always provide fast, efficient, and caring communication whether it is via the messaging service or in person. Maria used trauma-informed language during my visit and it was recognized and appreciated. I come from military medicine and this was a refreshing experience. Rylee has an fantastic reputation in the community and is consistently provides collaborative and meaningful care.

Rylee is amazing, I messaged her through My Chart regarding spots I had and her MA was able to get me in right away. She made sure I knew I could reach out to her through My Chart at any time.

To be completely honest I’ve never had a bad experience with Asante. I definitely feel like the staff is genuinely nice, and actually takes the time to make you feel like you’re important. You do not feel like a number being pushed through the system. I did have to see a specialist at providence recently and it was the polar opposite situation. It really gave me the opportunity to reflect on how lucky I am to be with Asante. And feel bad for those that are settling for mediocre care elsewhere. The employees at Asante (multiple facilities); truly are a great group. They’ve obviously hand selected individuals that are great example of how your medical experience should be. The only negative thing I have to say is they should take extra notes. I’ve called in to ask about things that were missed. But regardless that’s a minuscule suggestion. To be fair; that hasn’t happened often or regularly. 10/10 experience!

New patient, only here 3 months when I was seen. I got referrals immediately after I got into the system, was very impressed with that.

Dr Charles, now retired, was fantastic. Sorry to see him go, but he has certainly earned retirement. Riley, who I've only seen once, will be a good fit moving forward. She called me the same day with [ ], but the call dropped as I was on a motorcycle riding out into the forest.

It took too long to get their x-rays results back for a chest x-ray then the meds were sent to a male or male order pharmacy instead of a local pharmacy now then it spent another five days at the medication that I needed for my breathing problem

Dr Stahla. Listened to me and my needs without hesitation. Let me get as many tests/swabs as necessary to make me feel comfortable with my diagnosis and treatment. She was excellent at picking up where my previous dr lacked with knowledge and care towards my condition and symptoms.

Dr Rylee Stahla is LITERALLY the first doctor in the last 4+ years who has taken my reports of chronic, daily pain seriously. She has been caring, compassionate, and helpful. She listened to me and made me feel seen. She scheduled me for bloodwork and X-rays as needed, as well as prescribing various types of muscle relaxers and pain meds that she thought would help ease my pain. I have been seen by dozens of doctors since moving to Medford, and Dr. Rylee Stahla is the ONLY one who has offered me help. She deserves a HUGE thank you.

Rylee Stahla was exceptional at taking care of me. I know she is very new at the clinic, yet she had a good grasp on my health history (which is extensive). Although I called in for what could be an ordinary cold, she understood the risk because of my auto immune disorders. Interactions with the many medications I am on were to be considered as well. Rylee told me to call back if I get worse or if certain symptoms appear. I did call back a week later for my illness, Rylee was thorough and quickly took good care of me again. I appreciate how kind and professional Rylee Stahla was with my care.

Maria, the nurse that escorted me and started the visit, seemed to show a genuine interested in me. Rylee spent the time to get to know me. I did not feel like just another person to be pushed through the machine.
