That I could make a same day appointment with a physician is outstanding.

She was a MA that was filling in for Rachael M, on [ ]. She was so kind and provided such a great and comfortable atmosphere. Also, the gentleman that was working the front desk was very sociable and welcoming.

I really appreciated the care I received from Rachael Montgomery. She was very thoughtful, understanding, and concerned, and ordered tests which I really needed. Fortunately the [ ] came out OK, but if they wouldn't have, I would have had serious life threatening issues. The tests really put my mind at ease.

My PC NP Rachel Montgomery is excellent. She listens, asks questions and then offers me options to address my issues. Because I am a Veteran, she is up to date with the idiosyncrasies of VA care treatment Authorizations and makes sure my care is pre-approved. My PC's Medical Assistant, Kaylee is personable and efficient. Makes sure to keep me up to date on test results and passes any Mychart messages on to my PC and relays replies quickly. I am very pleased they are my Primary Care team.

Yes, my primary care Doctor Ina Hallows is amazing. He never seems rushed, but is. Answers all my questions, keeping me in fine health. He is very much like my doctor husband of 20 years plus, only Doctor [ ] is younger. All his staff are very helpful. One said [ ], we appreciate it when patients use My Chart... Love My Chart, can use it day or night. Sometimes the answers are there, so don't have to ask. Also that My Chart is upgraded and makes it better.

I moved to this area about a year ago. Since then, I’ve had 3 visits with Rachael Montgomery. I’ve found her to be knowledgeable on a variety of health subjects that concern me. She’s empathetic, and a good communicator. She’s ordered several tests for me, and given referrals to a couple of specialists, then had me back in her office to review the results. I would add , that she’s generous with her time. Rachael is very professional, yet, I also have the feeling that she cares about me, as if I were a favorite uncle. In sum, I believe that I’m receiving the best possible health care.

Rachel Montgomery was very good at finding and interpreting information from previous test results and explaining the implications of those results. She was very clear and knowledgable.

NP Rachel Montgomery has far exceeded my expectations. She is very attentive and proactive. My Dermatologist wasn't willing to treat the painful Digital Mucous cyst that developed on my Right index finger. Rachel examined my finger and offered to try the first level treatment of Cryotherapy before referring me to a hand specialist. The treatment was done in the office and a follow-up appointment in 3 months. If the cyst still exists once it heals in a few weeks, we will redo it. If it persists after a second treatment, we will go to the hand specialist. I am very satisfied with her treatment plan.

All the staff and my Dr. (R. Montgomery) were awesome. Very thorough, thoughtful and considerate.

Her careful explanations allowed me to make informed decisions on these recommendations. She presented as very kind, patient and personable. I found her outfit choice for the Ugly Sweater Day of Asante’s Spirit Week delightful! Kayla, the MA was clear and direct in obtaining from me the pre-provider portion of the appointment. She worked to find a follow up appointment that worked for me. Kayla’s phone etiquette when relaying Rachael’s recommendations was clear and exact. I enjoyed working with both of them.

Rachael was the only provider, I had seen a few, that ordered several labs that diagnosed what my problem was, so thankful for her!!!

Both Rachel and her Nurse Kayla are very responsive and reply to any MyChart messages quickly. During my appointments, it is obvious that they share information about my health gathered so my Primary Care-Rachel is able to address my concerns quickly. She then shares her recommendations with her Nurse Kayla, so that my Rx renewals and updates are submitted immediately and a follow-up appointment is made before I leave the office. This is very convenient for me--no waiting to determine if the new Rxs will be sent to the VA soon or waiting on hold to schedule an appointment. Very happy with my Primary Care team.

All the staff at Rachel's office are kind and polite. Even when you someone come in without an appointment loud and cursing at them. That is what happened at my last visit. The receptionist kept her cool and tried to deescalate the situation.

She replied yo my testing the same day and sl says ask me to contact her if I had any needs. She sent me out to a couple of specialist and completed the paperwork the same day. Rachael Montgomery is knowledgeable, a good listener, and overall great communicator. She addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions satisfactorily . As my primary care provider, I have as much confidence in her, as I’ve ever had with any physician in my life. I like and respect her, as much as is possible, after having just one visit. I’m happy to offer constructive criticism, when necessary, but I have none, at this time. I would add, that Alicia did my intake, and Nicole at the front desk helped me to complete pre visit paperwork. Both are also strong employees.

It was first visit with Rachel Montgomery. I appreciated her time to listen to me, and especially the follow-up information (reading and web-links) that she provided afterward, for what we discussed.

When I first went in for an appt the receptionist said the one child provider was booked out really far and to try again in a few weeks when a new providers schedule came out. Within 3 minutes she called back that the new schedule was out and we could get in the next week. I really apprecited the extra effort she put in to get us in asap.

I go to the doctor so seldom that I have no comparison. Everyone during my last visit was helpful, friendly, capable, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for more than that.
