Dr. Nguyen is always interested in my overall health and asks relative questions. At this visit I discussed several health issues that were of concern to me that we have never discussed. She took the time to ask me detailed questions about pain, symptoms and other related medical issues. One of the issues was outside of her area of practice and the other issues was one that I don't believe is generally one that comes up infrequently. She took the time to ask me detailed questions and asked me about symptoms and what, if any medical attention I have sought for the issues I was presenting to her. By the time we finished I knew the medical issues that are involved and knew exactly the path to take to bring up to the medical professionals I will soon be seeing. I felt very at ease and appreciative for the time Dr. Nguyen took to listen to my concerns and researching issues we were discussing. I feel so comfortable in her care and fully respect her.

The role of my Primary Care Physician has been changed a number of times since I initially enrolled with Asante in 2017, originating with Dr. [ ], who was excellent and most personable. Since the departure of Dr. [ ] from Asante, and over the period of changing PCPs, Dr. Nguyen has filled the role, by far, the most satisfactorily. She comes to my appointments fully versed in my medical history and listens intently to my explanation of any circumstances or medical incidents. She brushes nothing off, exploring each complaint thoroughly to establish either the cause, or when that is elusive, to ensure that none of the indications suggest a serious issue, while we await further development of my complaint over time. Dr. Nguyen is ultra-personable, thorough and dedicated. I look forward to my annual visits with her and very much trust her diagnoses and directions.

Dr Nguyen, besides being an excellent diagnostician, stuns me with being the doctor with the greatest, extensive knowledge of my medical history. In addition she “responds” to my questions and factors in her insights and medical knowledge to provide me with tools to optimize my health. My 25 year marriage ended a short time ago with the death of my husband and i wasa mess to put it mildly. Dr Nguyen was very gentile, caring and supportive and respondef to both my psycological needs and directing me to procure counseling support and grief counseling. They all do an outstanding job at Asante Family Medicine. People have off days, and that is expectable, especially in the society that we live in these days. As for the Doctors, they all have done an outstanding job, I look at them as friends more than just Doctors.

No I had to wait 2 1/2 hours waitting in lobby for appointment, no one let me know doctor was running behind. Or I would of reschedule.. Made call to doc 2 days ago, still waitting for a call back..bad patient service,not there for patients care.

Dr. Nguyen understood that I need to obtain a referral to the sleep center as I need to obtain another sleep study to obtain a new CPAP. My unit is 5-years old and the motor is breaking down. Dr. Nguyens assistant, Melissa helped me out. She gathered all the information that Dr. Nguyen needed when she saw me. She is a great team member.

My dr always hears me out and has so much information for me to use. She has great advice and spends more than the time she needs to to go over what she thinks is a good goal to work towards. Dr. Minh Nguyen is great. She is kind, understanding and informative. I can relate things to her more easily. I have not had to really ask for help until this time, as the tests from the past always indicated if I needed help. But now, I have had to ask for some help due to worse changes in my health and she is helping me with that to see if we can work that out.

No I have had blood tests and fecal tests and they were incorrect. I had to go outside of Asante due to this incompetence. My chart doesn’t work for everything. If I have an appointment Call me and confirm. 100% of your patients are not all on cell or computers. I am willing to talk to someone who actually cares. These problems come from the top and rolls down.

The doctor is great but I called three times and the receptionist told me my prescription was going to be at the pharmacy and it wasn't and I had to keep calling and was told the same thing which then made not have medication for over a week and that's not ok considering I suffer from PTSD and other conditions. His could have been really bad if something went wrong in my personal life and I could manage the levels of fear and rage I get. Not the doctors fault but the last doctor leaving messed this all up and the front desk lady shouldn't tell me to keep going to the pharmacy and then act like I'm not doing things right.
