Dr. Kristin Gannett is an amazing doctor that really does listen and observe issues. She really takes the time to listen to what you have to say and goes over your information BEFORE the appointment. She is outstanding and I highly recommend that she gets the acknowledgment she deserves.

Kristen got me in right away for my meds. I recently moved to the area from California and had run out of them. Otherwise I would have to go back to California and get them. She is a blessing. Literally she saw me the very next day from when she was contacted by dr palm on my behalf

Given that this was a brief telephone exchange of information the outcome provided me with the medication I needed to stop the infection. Best of all I stayed in my pj's in my home. Kristen was pleasant, informative and helpful.

Ken only had one visit with Christy So a lot of this did not applyThe biggest error was she responded via My Chart which Ken does not use so he did not get any results. I {Judith his wife} am using this form because Ken does not use the computer. Texting does work. All follow-up needs and results should be by phone or written instructions. Also the vital signs should be done manually since the electronic ones for pulse and O2 are often incorrect. I called the office to have the initial one corrected because initial one was incorrect in the records.... Practitioners should alway sit near and face the patient. Not the computer or the wall across the room. Ken is hard of hearing. Christy did speak clearly and directly.
