No, I rather feel that my trip to the doctors office was a waste of time. It takes a lot for my daughter to get off work drive 30 miles to get me and 30 miles back to the office only to have the doctor ask why are you here. Really, your office called us and told us we needed an appointment so shouldn't you tell me why we are here. This doctor might be very good at his job but, his monotone and 'bedside manner' leaves a lot to be desired.

Yes, Rosa helped us with getting a difficult prior Authorization for medication, It is an anti-seizure medication that is very important, it’s the main one that reduces my seizures, she was all over it and went above and beyond to get everything okayed with our insurance, she stayed on top of them, until we were all taken care of and was an amazing help

Dr. Moreno was outstanding. Although our meeting, he was well prepared with my history. He made common sense suggestions to address my concerns. I would highly recommend him to other potential patients and really appreciate his knowledge. My medical status/history is uncommon but he seemed to have good knowledge to assist me.

All staff were very personable, front m desk, nurse and Doc. All helpful and sharing needed info. This was a scheduled yearly appointment. Doc Rodriguez was very forthcoming and I came away with a better understanding of, and positive approach to, my concerns. I was totally impressed about how much time he took with me! I have a rare condition called [ ]. From the beginning he knew about it and for the 1st time since I was diagnosed has offered me some pro active opportunities. He found a new drug that could help with my gait. However on the market it's nearly $2000 per month. He got me signed up with Cost plus and I pay $60 for a 90 day supply. I'm fortunate to have him as my provider. Their office makes sure I'm seen every 6 months, when unfortunately others may only be seen once a year. My sister has [] and has to go out of the valley for care. We need more doctors like Dr Rodriguez.

The receptionist greeted me by name, checked me in and we scheduled my appointments for the next year. She printed them out for me and brought them to me in the exam room. Excellent service.

Overall the visit was good. They got me in right away and Jose spent more time with me than expected. The only negative from the visit was that I was asked to stay in the room and wait for my post visit summary and appointment, and was left in there for 15 minutes with the door open. No one walked by. His MA seems surprised to see me in there when he finally saw me and got my paperwork right away. May have been a miscommunication. Overall, I was pleased with this visit. Jose helped me understand that my medication may be causing some emotional imbalance and is willing to work with me to get it under control.
