To be honest, my most-recent appointment was the first time I didn't leave an Asante medical provider's office feeling as though my health and issues were addressed satisfactorily. Usually, I rave about my medical care providers--and the office staff. This last visit left me feeling as though I was "just another nameless patient they had to deal with." I felt so "unseen," I asked friends for recommendations of other providers (within the Asante system).

Then you come is and both Gayle and Barbra and sometimes Laurie are there in the office with smiles on and are always up for a little friendly chat before Tiffani whisks me away to the room. She is always fun to talk with and listens to everything I have to say. My concerns and questions are always answered, and if she doesn't have those answers she passes them right along to Jennifer Hill. Finally Jennifer Hill comes in and she helps resolve what might be troubling me at the time of my visit. All of these ladies are the reason I will continue to choose this office as the place for all of my medical needs.

Everyone at this location is absolutely the best. It starts when you call in Gayle, Laurie and Barbra are super fantastic at get you your appointment in person or on the phone. Then I get to see Tiffani and she is AWESOME!! I can't say enough about her. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She asks all the right questions and listens so everything you have to say. Finally Jennifer Hill comes in and she great. Always informative and listens to your needs and wants. She isn't just there to push you in and push you out. I fell and hurt myself with blood in my urine, and I thought I would recover without extensive exploration. Dr hill thought otherwise, ordered lots of tests, ignored me (it turns out), and turned out to be correct.

I'm new to Asante so don't have 6 months of history but everyone was exceptionally considerate and I think was bending over backwards to be supportive during the pandemic.

The ladies at the reception desk are ALWAYS friendly, kind and know who I am. They go out of their way to get me in when it works with my schedule to be seen.

The help from Tiffany has been EXCELLENT !!

JENNIFER HILL HAS BEEN WONDERFUL WITH EVERY VISIT. SHE SAW SOME OF MY LABS HAVE BEEN LOW FOR A WHILE, THAT WAS MISSED BY MY PREVIOUS DOCTOR. SHE IMMEDIATELY REFERRED ME TO THE PROPER SPECIALIST.

The ability to easily secure an appt when I need it. My doctor was unavailable and I was referred to this doctor immediately.

The reason I said it was poor was because Jennifer was unable to access the video so it ended up being strictly a phone visit. I was very appreciative of her helping me and I do think she did a good job. Just bummed it didn't end up being video
