Jason, was the finest PA that I have ever had... He spent all most 2 hrs with me. I forgot to ask him about the [ ]? When I wake up with these [ ] every night because the muscle relaxers Have Warren off. All of my finger tips Go numb every 2 hrs. Maybe the [ ] that i have now are going [ ] because I have just [ ] and still wake up every 2 hrs with [ ]. Is my [ ] ? I have been falling alot because my [ ] won't hold me up and I face plant. I need I need physical therapy real bad. So I get my street in balance back. Thank you, Jason, I appreciate you [ ]

Tracy Stewart is always great to get me an appointment when I need one. Jason Raehl is Kind, intelligent provider with a positive attitude. He always includes me in the course of action and treatment plan for my particular need. Chris was very thorough in interviewing me for that appointment. I liked it that he used a manual blood pressure cuff!

I’m still waiting for a call to schedule a procedure that I need to have before we can proceed with further treatment. Also, I felt their office was very disorganized in pre-authorization from my insurance company which is a VA insurance and I was told I would have to do all the legwork.

When I came to their office, I was in the worst pain I’ve ever been in my life. I’m very young and needed a serious procedure done on my back. I fell informed and empowered, comforted and heard my entire time with them after surgery they insured that I was comfortable and strong enough to go home I understood every part of my surgery And I have healed greatly since then and I am so grateful for Ashlyn orthopedics

Jason was very interested in trying to figure out what was causing my pain. He helped decide that it was probably related to my back. We discussed different options to work with and we decided to start with physical therapy and other easier things. Therapy is helping. He was very helpful!

SUGGESTION: Certainly the office makes enough money to put a button on the door for automatic opening. With an arm in a sling and a purse in the other hand, it's really difficult. She listened carefully and clearly articulated my options so that i was able to determine the right path forward for me to obtain the help I was looking for. Actual visit experience: Intake was quick, efficient and pleasant- I found Jason able to listen well and respond well and went beyond by helping to resolve a secondary issue that i wasn't expecting!

This was the first time that I have seen Jason and I saw him because I couldn't get in to see O'Sullivan for a month. Jason was professional, asked me questions about my issue and then gave me injections all in one appointment so I didn't have to return.

Dr. O’Sullivan has always been caring and compassionate and understanding of my alternative health care. Unfortunately, in HMO or group health care, he only does the surgery and then you only see PAs, some of which not comfortable with.

No, I cannot say there was anything outstanding about the care.. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would like to have been seen at least initially by an MD. Dr. Reid was more of a myth than a reality. I'm not a great supporter of virtual medicine!
