I feel like Mr. Thompson is doing an exceptional job considering the number of patients he is expected to cover. Mental disorders need, sometimes, almost immediate response, and he is having to cover to many patients to always respond quickly.

Melinda always is an outstanding help to me. Dr. Jacob Thompson answered all my questions, clarifying facts regarding questions I had concerns about. He was very polite, coherent which I am not always. Dr. Thompson is a very smart, impressive Psychiatrist and I feel blessed to have him there for me. These were excellent appointments. Enough cannot be said!

I have been going through a very challenging time. Marla Samuels was extremely helpful. She is my therapist. Also, Jake was extremely helpful and getting me through this difficult time both were very effective and I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through without them.

During the span of time since Dr. Kurtz left (for about 5 months), a medical assistant named Michelle (I believe that is her name) phoned me frequently to make sure that I was ok. She knew that I was feeling uncomfortable re. a medication that Dr. Kurtz prescribed for me shortly before he left. I feel that she really cared about my well-being.
