Most. Doctors and Nurses were knowlegible and dependable to return calls and inquiries. I feel comfortable with their recognition of my situation and needs

Danielle Jacks is exceptionally excellent at tuning in and responding to my comments, concerns, and questions. She is humble and helpful about finding out anything outside of her area of expertise, and she takes time to inform and explain matters of the heart (her specialty) in thorough detail and to encourage questions. In our visit she generously provided me with the information and education I needed in order to reach a coherent conclusion and make an appropriate choice. She's a shining star in my roster of helpers!

Danielle was very pleasant and professional in the time she spent with me and my wife. And the lady who we met with afterwards who actually scheduled my surgery was also pleasant and gave us good details.

Dr.Jacks presented herself as calm, confident, and competent. She presented the information to me in a clear and understandable manner and was very patient with my questions. She relieved many of my concerns and offered suggestions to help me prepare for my surgery.
