Bobbie was amazing. She listened to my medical issue and laid out a good path forward and what I needed to do if I didn’t feel better. Her office called me with the results of my imaging right away and to see how I was feeling. She listened to me and I felt cared for.

The provider has been extremely helpful in getting my health issues and questions treated while showing a genuine interest in her work as well. I like the way she is willing to listen and work through a plan with me.

1. The front desk receptionist (a young lady whose name I don't have) is consistently very pleasant, efficient, and professional. Which is all too rare at some businesses. 2. Bobbie Smith Ede is an excellent primary care provider, spends appropriate time with me, and orders tests quickly, and discusses changes or results very clearly as needed. I am new to this practice and I know that there seems to be a shortage of providers in this area, and am very appreciative of the relative ease of getting routine appointments and [ ] in this office. [There's still a delay with specialists and certain non-routine tests, but that isn't affecting me directly]. Thank you.

Bobbie Smith Ede was extremely patient, professional and engaging. I was reluctant to bother a provider on a Friday with something so 'seemingly minor' as a rash on my neck and jaw--yet felt compelled to have it looked at as I was planning to fly to east coast and visit a new grandchild. Bobbie Smith Ede was superb, did not diminish my rash, and addressed it (and pharmaceutical she prescribed) with professional demeanor. It is outstanding to have received immediate care from Bobbie.

Bobbie Smith when we had video consult first time meeting provided good recommendations regarding my prescription and whether to change dosage and not until I had my visit with a hematologist first to get his recommendations.

I was very impressed with Bobbie’s performance: she was a great listener, and she understood what I needed to do to address my condition, taking into account complicating circumstances (I was suffering from thrush, with small canker sores, and chronic dry mouth). She gave advice about what to do in the future, as well as a prescription for an antiviral for the canker sores. I was so grateful to learn what to do next time, if there is one, which seems likely. And it was both comforting and empowering to get Bobbie’s help.

Bobbi herself is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I am basically in excellent health, but she spotted an issue (low calcium) that no one else bothered to look for. I appreciate her broad range of experience, and her calm approach. Her aides were also quite nice, very helpful and understanding. I am glad I found her and this office.

Happy that I have Bobbie as my nurse practitioner. Would like guidance/advocate to help with financial assistance....my insurance denied payment regarding being admitted to hospital. Diagnosed with blood clots on both lungs. That is an emergency!

Yes there was!!! He is dr. Kemble my breathing and my lungs. That is as close as I can get to remembering his name, sorry about that. He was extremely well informed about my health issues, and showed me comparisons and how I have improved since the last time I was tested. The whole office was very friendly and helpful, and worked very well with each other. It was a pleasant experience for sure!!!
