Yes. Dr Merbler always listens and is clear in his responses. Also, there is a male nurse who usually helps whose name I can't remember who is extremely helpful.

Dr. Merbler is excellent. He seems to care about my health goals and helping me to achieve them and suggestive of other goals I should consider as well. His assistants are courteous, friendly, and professional. The receptionists are friendly and efficient.

Yea the whole team is awesome, the male nurce with long hair is so laid back and just in conversation he gets all the answers he needs. And Merbler is the BEST doctor I have EVER had. You know the doctor doesn’t have to give a ahit about me, but he has to act like it!!!

Dr Merbler’s medical assistant went an extra few miles to receive a [ ] done out of state, which I needed uploaded into the Asante My Chart. No one in AZ could do it, so I sent it to Asante and she passed it along to the medical records people for me. Remarkably helpful and proactive!

A young fellow named Brian has always been helpful with follow-up information, and a young woman MA named Kate has always been friendly, efficient and helpful.

Having just relocated to Ashland from San Franciso, I was anxious about finding a new provider. It has been wonderfully seamless and Dr. Merbler and the folks in his practice have been really helpful, professional, and friendly. He is a terrific doctor. I really appreciated my visit with Assante Family Medicine. I was anxious about going as I find going to a doctor a bit anxiety producing. I was immediately at ease and it was such a pleasant experience, I found myself recommending this doctor to my friends. To be spoken to in such a considerate, forthright manner was exactly what I needed. I was treated intelligently and respectfully.
