Dr Wm Palm, listened carefully to my problem. He was able to accommodate my specialized needs. He was very responsive when the pharmacist required a change of the Rx, and Dr Palm took care of the issue even though it was late Friday afternoon. Although I was a new patient to him, I appreciated the time and care he took to understand my problem and to start treatment. His MA Kayla also was very responsive to my complicated issues and she maintained a cheerful attitude despite the long and busy day.

The nurse practitioners were attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Palm always spends as much time and often more with me when necessary.

During my scheduled yearly visit Dr. Palm was clearly ‘under the weather’ but came in to see patients anyway. He wore a mask, gave me one and offered to re-schedule the appointment if I was uncomfortable with the circumstances. I was not and appreciated his dedication.

During my most recent visit, we were going to discuss the issue of getting an [ ]. However, a very recent hospital stay required that the [ ] be put on hold and the more pressing issues resulting from the illness which put me in the hospital be addressed instead. Dr. Palm was fully aware and up to date about the hospital stay which allow things to move along quickly and referrals to the appropriate specialist sent. A new appointment to discuss the original wheelchair issue was scheduled for a date in the very new future. I couldn't have asked for better care.
