I am very grateful to Dr. Burket and his support team (Mariela and Ladon) for their quick replies to my MyChart questions. I am easily able to identify any possible miscommunications from the Visit Notes and this group is great about paying attention to the details of my test results and the worries/questions I send them.

He made sure the specialist's office contact me and answer the questions I had asked via MyChart that they had so far failed to answer.

Dr. Burket listened to my concerns and new medical conditions that were happening.

Dr Burket is always outstanding. He has a way of making you feel as if you are the only person he is concerned about! Walks you to the exit door and into the reception area. As well as his assistant. She is fantastic (wish I had her name) but she is like the super next door neighbor that you can talk to about anything! Awesome providers!!

I don't remember her name now, but the phlebotomist that did my most recent blood work was absolutely amazing. I usually have a lot of [ ] when I get my [ ] and sometimes we'll even pass out. She was so soothing and so quick and really descriptive about what was going on and it made me feel so comfortable Before & After everything was done.

Recently, Dr. Burket explained the results of my [ ] in a manner very to understand. He previously referred me to a cardiologist due to the results of an [ ] in his office. He also spent the time to explain to me about the results of a [ ] and my risk factors for [ ]. I was put at ease about my health concerns during this visit.

The phlebotomist was great at sticking me. I hate needles, but she was quick and efficient, as well as really nice to talk to. Everyone I dealt with was great, but I honestly wish that the doctor would remember his patients better. I reconnected as a patient with him because my job has Regence as the health insurance, like my previous employer. I know it’s been a while since I’ve seen him, but even when I was a regular patient previously, he always acted like it was the first time we were meeting. He’s very nice, but in comparison to my primary up north, I gave him an 8 because of the lack of connection he seems to have. My doctor up north always remembered me, knew what my visit was for and greeted me by name. I find that kind of person ability lacking in Dr. Burket.

The lab personnel and cna were very professional but warm.

From the very first moment of walking in the door, I was treated with kindness and respect. The person who checked me in was so pleasant and efficient. Dr. Burket's nurse was calm and reassuring. She had a way of making me feel comfortable and probably helped my blood pressure. She asked all the necessary questions in a way that was respectful and easy to understand. It was a very good experience. Dr. Burket was thorough and friendly. We went over my meds., my health and left time for my questions. I was never hurried or "dismissed". I had a blood draw before I left the appointment and the technician was good at her job and very kind. I also need to give a "shout out" to the young man who answers the phone when I need to make an appointment. He represents Asante in the most positive way. The office building remodel is lovely.

In my opinion Doc; the other PCPs, and staff are always caring, professional, quick to help, and go above and beyond. The same can not be said for your hospital. If it wasn't the Docs, and staff at asante family medicine I would have switched to Providence.

Stephanie McMahon is a very kind and caring person. She was my first contact with your office and she went out of her way to make my wife and I feel valued and comfortable. It’s very hard to find a person that wants to help you solve your problems. I went to over ten doctors offices looking for a primary care doctor and they all just told me no . But Stephanie asked if I had any family members that were in the office ,I said yes and she looked into how she would be able to get a Doctor. It was a game changer for us because of the great care we are now receiving, and it’s just because she cared enough not to just say no like the other nine offices did . Thank you

I met with Dr. Brent Burket to establish as a new patient. In that time he conducted himself in a manner in which I felt like he had been providing care for me for years. I am very pleased with my choice in him as a new provider.

Dr. Burket is a newer provider to myself and son. He and the staff from his office have been absolutely wonderful every time I have visited the office or had questions. My parents are new to Dr. Burkett since Providence canceled the Medicate thru United Health Care. It took 6 months to find a new doctor, we needed an internist but there simply were not any, we by chance found Dr. Burkett and have been very, very pleased with hi,. He is knowledgable, kind, patient and compassionate and I cannot say enough about his assistant Alisha.

Office contacted me to fit me in on provider's schedule immediately the same day. Very nice receptionists. Front desk staff are all courteous and welcoming.

After a flight from Salt Lake City to Medford, I was in a lot of pain in my knee. Dr. Burket and his staff immediately showed care and concern and followed up with necessary tests. I can’t thank them enough for what they did.

Already wrote up something for a program you have about valued employees for Dr. Burket's Med Asst Alisha. Also value hem/onc Dr. [ ] for her kind manner, openness and helpfulness. Spent only 15 minutes with cardiologist Brian [ ] who was extremely nice and welcoming but I plan to call for another appt because I left with him seemingly feeling I don't need to see him on a regular basis (guessing he feels I'd contact him only when an issue or emergency came up) but I feel I should see him either twice a year or once a year, even if only to write new prescriptions for my 3 heart medications (don't think we discussed his role, if any, with these prescriptions)

Dr. Burket is definitely one of the best MD's. I am grateful that I am his patient.t He is always prepared for my visit When I have questions he gives me his full attention. I am impressed with his answers. The answers are always clear, concise and intelligent. I feel my health is in good hands when I have an appointment with Dr. Burket
