Dr. Bradshaw and her medical assistant Isabella are amazing. We’ve had quite a few issues come up lately and they have helped us figure them out and are always so kind and make us feel comfortable and validated. I’m especially impressed with how quickly my questions asked via mychart are responded to.

Bella and Dr Bradshaw are amazing!! I love them and they are always available to answer questions and get to the bottom of a problem.

Bella and Kay always go above and beyond! My recent experience with Bella is in-office. She is kind, inviting, and creative when working with my twins! she has the best bedside manner and patience with toddlers (and parents!) I’m always relieved when she helps us. Kay I’ve mostly worked with over the phone and in MyChart messaging. I can’t express the level of relief I have when communicating with Kay. She is thorough, truly listens, asks relevant questions, and always gets back to me with accurate answers and information. She truly instills a value of confidence and competence that I look for in my families care team. There’s a newer receptionist (Johnathan? I feel bad that I can’t remember) he has been great the last few times I’ve called the office! Great customer service, gets me to the right MA and takes thorough messages. Oh & Tammy or Terry (?) she is an amazing receptionist! Her customer service is ALWAYS phenomenal! She makes calling the office stress-free & easy.

Donna Bradshaw is always so amazing with my kids. My son is older than my daughter but she took them both as clients. She always remembers them and their history. Also her current nurse a younger gal I apologize I forgot her name, she has always been so caring of my kids and takes her time, explains things really great for me and my family!

Dr Bradshaw is unfailingly kind, and we feel so lucky to have her as our pediatrician. She takes time with each of my kids and shares everything she is doing for them to understand. I really appreciate her knowledge and professionalism while also connecting in a genuine and caring way.

Dr. Bradshaw has been my pediatrician from age 4 to 18. She recognizes me outside of her office (in the community) and seems genuinely interested and invested in my care. She is relatable, respectful, and fun. With my latest sports-related injury, Dr. Bradshaw listened to my concerns, followed up with care, and demonstrated realistic optimism about me returning to the court.

The MA should interact by communicating with some level of compassion. There was another employee in our room who stood in the corner. No one introduced them to the patient or the guardian. I just assumed it was someone in training. I hope this part of the visit can be improved.

Donna Bradshaw is beyond fabulous when caring for my children! We have had some major anxiety and eating issues come up with one child and her ability to communicate clearly and with compassion has been incredibly helpful and reassuring.

I've needed appointments 4 times for 2 different children during the last 6 months. Every time I've called I have recieved wonderful care from the receptionist. I've gotten clear answers to questions, and gotten quick, appropriate care/appointments. I felt listed to and not hurried during these calls. We've seen 3 different doctors for various things during this time. Both pediatricians at this office and one other physician in a different office. (The latter was a 2 minute "check" and nothing remarkable) I do wish to convey my appreciation for both pediatricians we've seen. Dr. Bradshaw has been our children's dr for 19 years. She is always caring and thoughtful in her care. She represents information in a clear and kind way. I appreciate her so much. We also gad an opportunity to see the other pediatrician a few months ago, and greatly enjoyed our visit with him too. Kind, thoughtful and got us the answers we needed.

The medical assistant was so kind and understanding of my frustrations voiced. His professionalism was very much appreciated.

Donna Bradshaw is wonderful. I really like her efforts to build rapport with my shy child, her willingness to consider alternative ways of doing things, alternative lifestyles like homeschooling and travel.

Donna was incredible during our last visit. She talks directly to my children, and makes sure that they understand what is going on so that they are more informed on their own health (in an age appropriate way). My kids leave her office feeling excited about the doctor, even when they have to get [service], and that is saying something!
