Without exception, all the HO staff have been respectful, friendly and made my visits and treatment so much more pleasant and easy to handle because of their incredible attitudes.As a team leader, Dr. Poisson has been my hero. I contribute my physical and mental well-being to this doctor who has cared for me through two incidents of cancer during the past five years. I had no doubt I was in competent and caring hands. I thank Dr. Poisson, he is truly the best. I have been more than satisfied with the treatment he has planned and provided for me. For instance, he suggested that I might go to a survival consultant. I did and this resulted in a cardiologist finding a [diagnosis]. He also sent me to a gynecologist and this resulted in a positive outcome. His compassionate attention and professional care saved my life. I feel most fortunate to have Dr. Poisson as my oncology physician.

Dr. Poisson is the person that I interact with the most. He is professional, courteous, caring and very easy to talk with. I admire his wisdom in treating cancer patients. I've been free from breast cancer for 10 years because of his treatment of my kind of cancer. He's the best!!
