Jennifer Graham is outstanding, but that has it consequences. I find it very hard to get an appointment when I need on, she is my Primary Care Physican, If I need to be seen quickly, Mrs. Graham is usually a month out. I lost my patience with One of the office ladies before my last appointment as I was told Mrs. Graham was 2 months out and I would have to see someone else, AGAIN! I was not very nice to the lady on the phone for which I am regretful, and I have apologized. My only complaint is how hard it is to see Mrs. Grahm. and she does not even show as available on my chart. to make an appointment. Everything else is great. Mrs. Grahm is absolutely wonderful.

I don't know the name of the receptionist at the desk but, she and Austin were very helpful in helping me get an appointment. Since Dr. McMahon left I have not been able to get in with a [ ] Dr. The one I was assigned to has never been able to see me. My appointment have been cancelled at least 3 times as he was unavailable. I was 6 months out from my normal appointment with no appointment in sight. The receptionist were very sympathetic to my situation and got me in with Jennifer Graham. She and her team were very helpful and thorough with getting me set up as her patient.

I was scheduled with Jenifer Grahm when I called to get an appt with My regular provider, John Byers. He was on vacation and I had to wait a week to see Jenifer Grahm. My condition worsened and I went to Providence Urgent care for care. I followed up with Jenifer Grahm the following week. I plan to return to John Byers in the future.

Dr. McMahon, however he has just left the Asante Family. I hope his replacement will be as great as he was. He has been my primary care provider for many years. I am sure the Asante Family will do a good job picking his replacement.

The ccma, Gracie and Jennifer Graham are excellent. I'm impressed with both of them because Jennifer has gotten on everything I've mentioned and Gracie is great.

Dr. Jennifer did as she stepped in and took on my medical issue even though she is not my regular provider. My doctor has left and I had a medical condition that needed to be looked at sooner than the arrival of my next provider. She did wonderful during my first visit and has ordered my second round of testing. She is so personable and reassuring to deal with on this matter

I have been SO well cared for by Dr. McMahon, I was not sure I could feel as "served" by another physician after Dr. [ ] moved away. I was VERY pleased by my intake interview with Jennifer Graham - with her familiarity with my conditions and history, with her experience serving in the White City Asante office, and with her attentiveness and honesty with me. I am going to stick with Asante Family Medicine and Jennifer Graham. I am currently working on making her my Medicare PCP. Thank you.

The entire team at this clinic is amazing. I appreciate the tenure of the Medical Staff. I work for an affiliated home health agency as well as being a patient with this clinic and their professionalism, responsiveness and communications are stellar.
