I've only had my initial visit at this point. I found DR Tahi and her assistant very personable and inviting, knowledgeable and informative. Before this visit I needed some relevant supplies, everyone there was was great and my questions and requests for help was very prompt. Very comfortable with my continuing care.

When I first called Dr. Thai's office, the person who I spoke with seemed concerned and tried to get me in for the earliest appointment since I had bilateral kidney stones and referral had been delayed from first onset on [date] since the ED did not do a CT scan when I came with with symptoms of kidney stone pain.

The Anesthesiologist on my 2nd procedure was great. When waking up there was no pain, nausea, vomiting. After my first experience I was concerned as I woke up shaking, in serious pain and a headache. Fortunately this Anesthesiologist was very good and knew how to awaken me with-out issue.

MacKenzie helped my dad in from my car, in the room and helped me get him back in my car safely. She was extremely kind to him as he has dementia and has a hard getting around. Dr. Thai's nurse Britney was also really good with my dad. I called the day before and talked to the receptionist about my dad's dementia and getting in and out of the office in a timely manner and she was very helpful and informative.
