It took 5 months to receive an initial consultation with Dr Godwin, thanks to her busy schedule. Once seen she went out of her way to accommodate my schedule as I was leaving the area for the summer. Dr. Godwin originally found that I had ovarian cancer. She did CT scans to find the problem of what we thought was fluid retention in my bladder. Her quick referrals to specialist saved my life. Valerie her assistant has also always been great and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience at the Asante urology. They got me in instantly with my appointments and weee very caring and understanding in listening to my needs and questions. Everyone in the building are very kind people and always have a smile. They really make you feel comfortable and the place is very clean. I had a great expensive and they never keep you waiting. This was my first visit with Dr Godwin. I waited 3 months to see her and waited 40 minutes to get in. She was very personable and seemed to know her stuff, but I felt rushed and unable to ask her other options although she through several out. The medicine she gave me made me feel worse, but I had a major health catastrophe brewing so I don’t know if it was the new medication making it worse or not. Takes a long time to get an answer back through my Chart.

Dr was very helpful. She explained what and why she was doing. At this time I have only seen her one time. Therefore some of your questions do not apply to me.

I will see her one more time for a surgery follow up exam. That being said, I absolutely will return to her for any urological issues as needed.
