The Dr I saw was amazing, the staff (not all) was terrible

The doctor always spent time to explain my condition, test/lab results, and answered any questions I had in detail. The staff is friendly and attended to my concerns and questions as well. My appointments were made in a very timely manner. I didn't have any time to play games on my phone in the waiting room because there was very little waiting time since doctor was running on time. I'm very happy to have been referred to this doctor.

Your whole office is fantastic

Dr [ ] is my regular doctor, Dr Aurora seen me as I couldn't get in as needed. They are both excellent. The trouble is when your visit is finished they they tell you they want to see you in so many weeks and their schedule is so full your 2 and 3 months past that.

Dr Rishi Arora was excellent. He had reviewed my medical appts, my results and explained in detail why my diagnosis was incorrect. He reviewed my PFT prior and showed me how "[ ] may have caused other providers to think i might have [ ] and why the medications I am on, actually helped." He explained other possible causes of my coughing and reviewed treatment plans to help, I could do. He agreed with my goal to wean myself off these medications and changed my dosage. He listened intently to all my concerns and why I felt confused about what my diagnosis was since I never smoked significantly enough to cause [ ]. He has brought me great relief and now I can safely stop taking medication I don't need.

Yes! The receptionist and Dr. Arora were very helpful to assist in my mobility and breathing. In the survey, I put not applicable because Dr. Arora was not able to find info in my chart from Shasta Critical Care. They may not have included it, thought they said they would. Also, I think the provider could be more sensitive about costs of tests, I like to get images done at MD imaging in Redding, they are excellent and inexpensive. I think Asante could easily get access to their image portal if they just called to find out how.
