This was a preliminary visit to discuss a plan to resolve my digestive issues. Everyone I met with in this medical group was helpful and personable!

On my visit with Sam Reynolds’s he was knowledgeable of my condition thru my chart records. I was there to go over my up coming endoscopy and colonoscopy. He told me I no longer needed that procedure. He told me my gallbladder needed to come out. He answered all my questions and those of my daughter who came with me appointment regarding my medical issue. He was caring. During our visit. He set me up to have dr frost to do the surgery on [date].

Dr. McReynolds and his nurse were always very nice & helpful in my care. They treated me with antibiotics when I had a huge infection in my breast after my breast cancer surgery. I am so thankful to him & his nurse. They followed up and took great care of me every time I reached out for help. The ladies who made my appointments to see him were also very helpful. The only thing that didn’t go through is an ultrasound that he ordered to the women’s health center. I could see that it was ordered from his office but it wasn’t received at the heath center. They sent it a few times I think. The women’s center said they still haven’t received it. But I was very happy with Dr. Mcrenolds, his nurse and the ladies who made the appointments.

They always came promptly when I hit the button and always assisted me in anyway I needed. They were generous and thoughtful, and very kind. The care I received was superior, thanks to them, and the excellent doctors.
