The up front. Receptionists are always on the mark. They all work together and it works well. DR RUPPERT is great, ATtentive. Kind, and very willing to help. The up front and back office staff is very good at what they do, if they can, they are timely!

When they greet you and they greet you with a smile and when I leave they make sure I have all the information. I needed from the doctor if it was a prescription or other things I might need for a particular appointment. They're awesome!

When visiting Dr Rupperts office the nurses that check me in were more friendly and caring than Dr. Rupert. One name I remember the most is Tasha. She was very friendly and outgoing which made me feel comfortable to be there. But it all goes downhill when Dr. Rupert walks in.

I saw Dr Ruppert one time when my regular doctor was out of town. He and his nurse were very attentive and gave immediate and excellent care. They saw me within a couple hours of my call to the office regarding what I felt to be an urgent matter.

I saw Dr. Ruppert recently. I had a list of questions and issues. Ron handled my concerns with professional courtesy and action. This included eferral to a specialist, prescription refill and routine blood work plus an additional test for one of my concerns. He was friendly and personable.

In the past 6 months I think Dr. Ruppert and the staff at the Asante clinic have been doing as well as possible considering the obnoxious restrictions politicians have put on medical professionals. Dr. Ruppert truly cares about his patients, & continues to be the best primary we have had since 2015.

Dr. Rupert was filling in for Drl Morgan. As such he was as helpful as possible. Not really knowing the patient made it more difficult to know the patient's needs. At the same time I was grateful to be able to see him.
