Asante Coumadin Clinic and Lab – Medford

The Asante Coumadin Clinic in Medford offers regular care and monitoring for patients taking prescription blood-thinning medication (Coumadin). An experienced nurse practitioner will carefully tailor your medication dosage while offering counseling and education about your medical condition. Office visits are by appointment only, with a referral from your provider.
