My experience at this clinic with Dr. C as well as all the staff (MAs, reception, lab, etc) has truly been the absolute best I have ever received. The staff are friendly, so helpful, and wildly efficient. Wait times are nearly not existent and everyone is prompt and on time. Dr. C is by far the best PCP I have ever met. She is kind, thorough, listens and hears all of what is going on and comes back with a solid plan. She is thoughtful to include patient ideas and feedback into the plan. It’s the first time in healthcare I have felt truly heard and extremely cared for and through her attentive care caught a rather serious condition that has never been explored by other practitioners. I couldn’t recommend anyone more than her and the staff at this office.

My only feedback would be the length of time iat registration. I had to come back the next day just to drop off a lab sample and it took almost as long at the registration desk for whatever they had to do on the computer before I could even go back and drop my sample off. It was right after they have closed for a meeting so there were quite a few people. There were about seven of us in line the wind all the way to the door

In the telemedicine session she was friendly and professional clearly paying attention to my chart asking good questions and explaining things clearly.
