Wow it’s so hard to single out specific employees when you’ve been treated with respect and efficiency from the time you walk through the front door till you walk out the front door. Megan Frosts scheduler was exceptionally helpful calling me after my initial visit and explaining what Megan was wanting to schedule me for. She got me in for my [ ] in record time. Dr Frost and Mel RN ( Dr. Frost nurse) are amazing. I got a dx that no one wants and my primary didnt give me any real details. Dr explained everything to me from details on dx, treatment option and a game plan on what test I'll need. The communication is top notch. Mel has been great at keeping me informed, test results, help with options on places to stay and programs that are offered. It's nice to pick up the phone when you need some answers and they answer the phone and your questions.

Everyone I came in contact with was concerned, helpful, knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. The only objection I have, if I can call it that, is the time it took to actually get in to see the doctor from the referral to the consultation. From beginning to end (referral to surgery) it will take approximately 11 weeks to complete. Even then, when I mentioned the time it takes, her office supplied me with an alternative to my date of surgery using a different surgeon to shorten the overall waiting time. Because of my interview with Dr. Frost my confidence remains with her.

I found my overall surgery experience with Dr Frost to be exceptional. She listened carefully and explained everything in detail on my first appointment, prior to surgery,and post op appointment afterwards. She is very kind and respectful. I would highly recommend her for any surgical [ ] or [ ]. I was very pleased that the RN that started my IV day of my [ ] did everything to help comfort my wife with warm blanket and offer of food or drink. It is good to know she was trying to comfort my spouse on [ ]. This made me feel good as the patient. All the surgical staff did an excellent job .

This is one of the hardest things I've ever had to face and with all I was informed on , no one ever pushed a particular procedure just gave me all I needed to decide what worked for me.
