The appointment with Lori Morgan was the first time I had been to Asante Family Medicine. The minute I walked through the door I felt the friendly, caring atmosphere. Beth at the front desk was very friendly and super efficient. I didn't have to wait much time at all before I was taken to an exam room. I think her name was Cathy...very pleasant & kind. Dr. Lori Morgan was a breath of fresh air. My experience at other places the last couple months were quite stressful. Dr. Morgan was friendly, put me right at ease and listened patiently to my concerns. She explained things well and gave me some much needed encouragement. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was very impressed that, even though I was a new patient, I was able to get an appointment with Dr Morgan the next day. I had a scary health issue that I felt required prompt attention. This was my first visit to Dr. Morgan. She had a good understanding of what my problem was and she performed a thorough exam, including testing. My test results were normal. Dr. Morgan also suggested that my [ ] might be causing my problem. I stopped taking my multivitamin based on her comments, and my problem resolved. Dr. Morgan was the first doctor of several I've seen who even mentioned that vitamins can be the cause of my problem. Dr Morgan is very professional and made me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions and prescribed meds to treat my symptoms.

[date] I did not know that loss of smell was covid related. the first question asked was "Have you lost your sense of smell?" "Yes! I noticed I could not smell the strong chlorine used to clean my hot tub the day before and though it strange". The staff immediately and kindly escorted me to the exit and directed me to the nearest testing spot, I was tested from my car, and received the positive diagnose that day. Amazed at the efficiency of the staff, the kindness they showed, the little effort I expended to get tested and given the results. Several days later I was put on a list to receive the infusion of antibodies at Ashland's Asante Hospital because of my age and related breathing issues. I have since received my sense of smell back, too.

Both Chris & Lorie are awesome. I have been Chris' patient since 2013, but just became Lorie's patient. They are both very knowledgeable in their respective fields & always take the time to make sure they have covered all your concerns. All their staffs are also very accommodating.

I called and was having trouble breathing and they encouraged me to get to the ER right away. After an EKG, chest X-ray and blood work it was determined I needed a pacemaker the next day!

Dr. Morgan was great put me at ease and listened to me. I don't remember the MA's name, but she was great and informative as well. My visit was quick and efficient but with plenty of time to be informed and heard. Very quick call back on my test results.
