Dr. Hagar is a fantastic doctor. She listens carefully to everything I say during my office visit. We have good discussions about my healthcare issues. Whenever I contact her via Mychart with a question, I get a quick response. Her assistant, Danica, is excellent too.

DR Hagar has gone above and beyond to help me find out why I have been so [ ] for several months. She has listened to my many and changing symptoms and has sent me for [ ], and has sent me to several specialists. She made a special appt to see me after my recent hospital stay and went over all that was done while I was there. Her ending comment was “ don’t worry Patti, I won’t stop helping you till we get to the bottom of this. I don’t like the [ ]. I will start over with labs and keep searching for answers. “ She is an excellent, caring DR.

I feel very fortunate to have such a caring primary care doctor, she has always helped me with issues, has never been dismissive.

Dr Hagar and staff always appear eager to help and serve my medical needs.

Danica and Dr. Hagar are always responsive, courteous, respectful and supportive. They never talk down to me and recognize my feelings and knowledge level. The front desk is always helpful. I haven’t had as positive experience with the cardiology department.

I believe Dr. Hagar is the best provider I have ever had. She listens, and actually hears, what I am saying. She shares pertinent info from science, and talks at the level of the patient. She never appears rushed or disinterested. She has the people skills that are missing in so many providers. The specialized training is one thing, applying it in a meaningful way is something else entirely. I am astonished to find such excellence in a relatively small area.

In addition to Dr. Hagar, her MA Danica is excellent also. She's quick to respond to questions or my needs for help.

The medical assistant that assisted me with my urgent question regarding pain in my back was excellent. She called and spoke directly with the ER staff and made sure that they were aware of my condition and were prepared for my arrival. The most important thing was at the end of my call. The medical assistant told me to drive carefully because, “I am important to them“. No one in my experience has ever said such a kind word in this type of a situation.

I was very impressed with the care I received from Dr Hagar. First, I was quite surprised to be able to see someone from my PCP immediately. My PCP, Dr [ ], was on vacation, so I was scheduled with Dr Hagar instead. Like Dr [ ], I found Dr Hagar very easy to work with and quite impressive in how well she listened to me and took her time with me. Dr Suzin Hagar is one of the best physicians I have every had. (I’m nearly 80 years old) and have had several serious medical issues over the years and have been attended by many excellent physicians, mostly Mayo trained, because my primary care was at Park Nicollet Clinic, Minneapolis, MN,, 95% of their physicians graduated from Mayo Clinic, Rochester MN Additionally, Dr. Hagar’s staff Racheal Dunn, Danica and all the other supporting personnel are exceptional. I have always been treated with utmost respect and excellent care by everyone. I understand Asante suffered loss of many exceptional professional’s during Covid as well suffered huge monetary losses because of bring in travel staff and meeting Government regulations during that period. I hope and pray we do not loose Asante Health Care for this area, that would be a devastating loss for the entire Valley.

Dr Hagar is exceptionally thorough and well spoken as she explains issues to me. She often draws a picture or uses a graphic to accompany her explanations which is a superb patient education technique. She has my full confidence and great gratitude. I have seen her only for routine physicals heretofore, yet am certain if other health concerns arise, she will address them with my best interests in mind.

Don't have the names to give you but the ladies or gentlemen at the front desk is always very helpful the nurses that come and get us I couldn't ask for anything better and when the doctor shows app she listens she talks with me she explains things and we usually come to an agreement on what should be done
