My kids are new patients so not super familiar with office and staff but we had good experience with their one appointment

The nurse practitioner, I forgot her name, and my physician, Jenna Diggs were both first rate in listening to me and my questions and providing the answers I needed.

Jenna diggs is an excellent Obgyn the way she cares for her patients is phenomenal, she has a wonderful personality & a loving soul Id pick her to be my obgyn again.

At the office, there are two Emilys, both of whom excel in their roles. One is at the front desk, and the other is Dr. Diggs' M.A. They are both outstanding in their respective positions, combining deep knowledge with genuine kindness. Emily at the front desk is exceptional in her role. From the moment I arrive, she greets me by name and maintains eye contact throughout our interaction. She always inquires about how I'm feeling, and her concern feels sincere, not just a routine part of her job. Even though she might not have detailed knowledge of my condition, her genuine care is evident. Emily, Dr. Diggs' assistant, is the epitome of professionalism. She meticulously handles the task of taking my vitals while being attentive to the reason for my visit. Her ability to remember details and her consistent eye contact provide great comfort. I am very grateful for the way all three—Emily at the front desk, Emily the M.A., and Dr. Diggs—approach their roles in my healthcare.

Dr. [ ] is my primary and Dr. Diggs saw me when Dr. [ ] was unavailable. They are both the best. They listen, empathize, analyze and communicate clearly.

The care for the Elderly patients as I have seen from my mothers' healthcare. I am a new patient so was unable to answer some of these questions as I have no past history with the Dr. only through my mother as I always attend her visits with her.

Dr. Diggs truly listened to my situation and concerns and provided some education to put me at ease. We spent most of the appointment talking about the repercussions of my hip replacement surgery. She offered to schedule another appointment for an annual exam and I was able to get on her schedule within a few weeks which I was really pleased about. I am so happy with her approach that I recommended my daughter switch over to her and she did so last week and And was really thrilled with her appointment as well. Dr. Diggs deserves some accolades!

Dr digs did everything she could think of to help come to a conclusion to my problem. She is very helpful in ordering test to eliminate certain things so that when I can see specialist those things will have been addressed.hm things have been addressed.

In the last month, I had an inflammation centered around a pore on my neck...a cutaneous abscess. Jenna Diggs office didn't have an opening to see me but the Asante scheduler found an opening at the Black Oak Asante urgent care office. I was appreciative that there was an alternative caregiver to see for this abscess. It was taken care of in a day or two. I am still getting to know Jenna Diggs as I only seen her primarily for yearly visits. My health has been excellent so I haven't needed much care beyond vaccinations and yearly check ups.

Also, considering that “stress related to medical care and implicit bias from providers” might be the reason it’s challenging to receive care, not so much “finding time while being a single mom” is important to me, also understanding how trauma history (mental health) has/and is currently impacting my physical health: inflammation, cardiovascular health, and reproductive health.

Allison was our nurse when we arrived to the hospital, she made us comfortable and offered amazing help and comfort through the most intense part of my labor. She was gentle and so hands on in helping my husband be a support for me. Chelsea, Heather, Erin, Sherri, and Angie all helped us through the first two nights and getting me established with breastfeeding. They offered to help throughout the whole process but we’re not pushy, they were direct and honest and yet so kind with their care. I cannot say enough how above and beyond these nurses went for me and my family to feel taken care of, supported and heard. They made our experience without a doubt, the best I’ve ever heard of. I wish everyone could give birth at the Ashland Birth Center.

For my [ ], I had to do a fasted lab right before my ultrasound. Dr. [ ] was also waiting for lab work. He was really friendly. I was nervous I wouldn't have time to make it to my ultrasound. I only had 15 minutes. I confided this in jest to Dr. [ ]. He jumped up and heroically ran to tell the lab that I had an appointment to get to. The lab got me in and out and I made it to my ultrasound on time! Now I him to be our whole family's doctor! He was truly a hero!
