I always appreciate the opportunity to meet with Dr. Henderson. She listens carefully to what I say and makes thoughtful and beneficial suggestions. Just odd, I checked out at the front desk and tried to make an appointment for an annual review, the front desk tried to make it six months. I said the doctor said a year. They said they would check with the doctor and get back to me. They did not. Not big deal I can follow up in six months and make the appointment for a year from now. it is just nice to do it at the desk and have it done.

I was pleasantly surprised how well informed she was on on a new condor mine which led to a very meaningful dialogue about a [ ] I needed to cease taking. I am genuinely impressed by her and her staff—especially given how busy they are. Carl [ ] would have been proud.

Gretchen, did a great job discussing fitting nasal pillows. She was the only face to face in person contact o have had. It was much appreciated. She was very patient and knowledgeable.

Jennifer is amazing, knowledgeable, and readily takes my input on how I feel something could be causing my [ ] and she expands on how that could do so or maybe it's something that feels similar but a different cause. One of the best doctors I've had just from the first visit I had and I am excited to work with her.

The Provider and staff are always professional and polite, understanding and knowledgeable. I have a [ ] and it needed special attention due to it not connecting with the provider. I got the help I needed.

She explained everything and kept me informed as the night study progressed. I give 5 stars to both these very professional ladies.

I found Dr. Henderson to be very friendly and offering other help such as a mask fitting and also help with sleep by a specialist. I very much appreciated this. Also, her assistant was clear and helpful taking vitals and updating my prescriptions which I also really appreciated. The whole appointment felt good with the friendliness and human acceptance. I also appreciated Dr. Henderson asking me to come back in a few months to make sure that the mask I get from the mask fitting is working out well.

The receptionist was a little rude because my appointment was scheduled in Grants Pass and not Medford and she did not know. Made me feel like We would have to reschedule or would not be seen. Dr Hendersons office called me from Az to make sure I knew about the appointment in Medford and not Grants Pass and she did not know and she was not so kind about it. I think her name was Deborah .

Dr. Henderson was at all times professional, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. She also has a good sense of humor, which can be a rare quality.

Dr. Henderson was quick to recognize that what medications I've been taking had conflicts with each other and how I should take them from now on. After following her instruction my troubling symptoms have lessened or changed for the better. She was very inciteful in her interpretation of my concerns and is working to set up the necessary tests, etc. to treat my needs.

Dr. Jen Henderson spent extra time with me, answered ALL my questions, and went above and beyond to explain every issue to me. I was very nervous about my condition, and she helped calm me and reassure me that she would take care of me. She gave me my lab results the very same day they came in, and went over every option available to me.
