First time with this doctor. He introduced himself by his first name. ( which then we are equals) Was thorough with the examination and I received a shot for trigger finger. Took a few days but finger is much better ( no longer sticking. Would like my wife to see him for [ ].

I only had one visit. I was happy to get an appointment in two weeks, get new [ ] and referral to a surgeon.

Tara, she is just amazing. If I’m scared or upset about anything, she will stop what she is doing to comfort me and help me through it. She is also helpful in explaining things I don’t understand fully. She is just wonderful.

I feel like I always received great care from everyone that helped me, especially with my last visit with the surgeon. He took time to answer all my questions and was really helpful with suggestions to help with my recovery. He is very personable and has a special way of making you feel comfortable.

I can’t believe the results the doctor had made for the [ ] I have had in my [ ]. His treatment is outstanding.

On [DATE], I I went in to the surgical center of Dr. Dawson to have my left rotator cuff rebuilt. I was nervous as a pig on ice. The the first nurse I encountered was Kylie. I was so nervous and so depressed. I had been having nightmares for two weeks. I’ve had a great mini surgeries and I’ve never had nightmares or any concerns about them. Of course I’m thinking this is it. In the 20 or 30 minutes I was in Kylie and her assistant Heather’s care they turn me completely around. I felt the kindness the gentleness, the compassion, incredible compassion. Kylie was so gentle and so competent and so happy I felt myself physically relax I found I had been holding my breath. What a blessing. Next Dr. Dawson came in, and he greeted me in such a manner that I felt like the captain had stepped onto the bridge. He was solid as a rock, and very happy and very positive, very very positive. At this point, I knew it was going to be okay.

This office is the BEST! I walk in and they know my name, not that I need that, but it tells me they are on top of things. My latest visit with Rob (Patterson) was really helpful and he took the time to listen to a couple of questions that I had, then thoroughly answered those questions. Rob also took some time to explain a few things to me in regards to my surgery recovery that I was unaware of, and at 67 years old, I thought I knew all there was to know about recovery... He was great!!! Of course, Dr Townsend and Martha ROCK!!! Asante is fortunate to have these folks... you really are! I hope you let them know this in ways beyond financial compensation as sometimes that is much ore meaningful (just me two cents).
