My husband and I both have been treated always with great care, attention and profession. Your service is incredibly and we both mean this. Yes I wish I was more efficient. I am [ ] now next month, have to watch how I walk cause I keep falling, I am not all here as I use to be. As noted before, everyone at Urology does a very good-to-excellent job. Receptionists are kind and helpful; prep nurses are patient and clear in their explanations and instructions; personnel generally non-condescending. Briana, Bri, Beni, Dominick - all fine.

I know this office is very busy but I really felt like Brianna took the time and talked to me and explain things to me very well. Although I still have issues with my kidney I left there feeling a lot better about what was going on and how I can improve things. She provided me with Flyers with information and explained a lot of it to me. She is definitely an asset to the practice.

Bree Wright was very professional, and made what I was going thru as painless as possible, the only problem I noticed was the room was very small,and felt cramped for the procedure being done, and that was with just one person in the room.and the procedure chair I had to sit in felt very cheap and uncomfortable, Bree Wright did her best to make sure I was comfortable.

Someone in the reception area, but I don’t know her name. I’m in a wheelchair and a lady working in the reception area was very courteous while I was checking in. When I needed help managing the door to go into the restroom, she stepped out to help me and was so very polite about it. I am fairly new with the wheelchair and appreciate people who are discreet about me needing extra help.
