I can never quite understand these patients that come into a medical environment with a negative agenda and treat the staff poorly, but I realize this is part of the "wiring" many people have. When you say outstanding, this implies comparison to another situation. In the distant past, I've taken family members to physicians who kept us waiting for hours. The Asante Urology clinic is extremely punctual. I was seen within 15 minutes of appt time. The 10 appointment time makes it incumbent on the patient to be organized ahead of the time with questions because as I get older I get into the interaction with the physician and assistants and forget pertinent questions.

During my recent [ ] all the nurses were outstanding but one stood out as the most caring of all, I only know her first name was "Sharon" and she went the extra mile to make me as comfortable as possible and helped get me through my [ ].
