He showed respect for the Knowledge I posses as I want the best care I can obtain. I met Daniel through an emergency when my wife fell and suffered a [diagnosis] in the midel of the night and took the time at 2:00 AM to explain her injury and what I needed to do to care for her. My Sister was my coach during this experience. Her Husband was in and out of doctor's offices and hospitals in Medford for 17 years. She felt the service we received in Grants Pass Asante was far superior to the service her Husband received in [ ] facilities. This was my first medical need since delivering my Children in the 70's. I have nothing to compare it with but I thought the help I received was excellent. Efficency was premiere.

Basically, even though the doctor has run late, on occasion, it's easy to see why as I never feel that he is trying to rush through the visit. He is patient and attentive.

Dr. Cowley has outstanding inter-personal skills and is quick to find a solution to my health issues. He is a very good doctor.

I enjoyed my visits and phone conversations with Mary Lynn. She has a way of talking to you that makes you feel more like a friend than just a provider, while being very professional at the same time.

I have never had surgery before and this was a new experience for me, not knowing what to expect and fearful it would go wrong. My surgery was one year ago in [date]. During the first 3 months following, I phoned in several times re pain medication and his MA explained about tylenol etc. Three months later, I saw Dr. Cowley for a checkup. He said all was good and he would see me in 9 months time. He said I didn't need further PT and I should just walk. Due to my location and the "heat wave" which hit Grants Pass in June, I wasn't able to walk outside much. Recovery was hard and painful. At my one year visit, I had xrays taken and Dr. Cowley quickly showed them to me and noted the stress marks on either side of the implant. He said not to worry about them. Dr. Cowley, I think, is a fine surgeon, and he presents as that; concerned about the success of the surgical work. I wish Asante had an orthopedic doctor who could spend time with a patient to allay fears and get advice

Once Dr. Cowley fully understood the specific medical issues affecting my knee, which had [service] from previous operations performed elsewhere, he expedited my medical care. Initially there were issues of delay caused by covid-related impacts to the local medical care facilities, but once the preliminary tests were scheduled and showed the indicators of infection, Dr. Cowley moved quickly to coordinate and provide the essential medical services, which included surgery.

Just about everyone was outstanding and provided a positive and health enhancing professional manner.

I appreciate everything that Dr. Cowley and his staff did to make my surgery a success. Thanks to all!
