About the portal
The Asante System Access Portal is the one-stop destination to manage your clinic or healthcare entity’s accounts with Asante’s community technical resources. This tool will allow clinic and office managers to manage users, site accounts, and other needs for Community Connect clinics, AsanteLink sites, and users of other systems like Synapse PACS and symplr Clinical Communications (Halo). Clinic and office managers with existing Asante accounts can submit these requests directly into Asante's ticketing and user management system, eliminating the need for time-consuming emails and phone calls.
