The Asante Outpatient Center in Grants Pass includes Immediate Care, lab services, Outpatient Surgery, Rehabilitation, Ear Nose and Throat, Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, and General and Colorectal Surgery departments.

This clinic is licensed as part of Asante Three Rivers Medical Center. You may receive a separate charge or billing for facility fees in addition to any professional fees for services, which may result in a higher out-of-pocket expense.
